We know you probably have a lot of questions related to wedding planning and hiring a wedding planner. We've compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions we hear from our clients to help you answer some of them. What is the average cost of weddings you coordinate?

Many couples come to us looking for coordination services, with an overall wedding budget starting at $20,000-$25,000.

How much does a wedding in the Twin Cities cost?

The 2021 average wedding cost in Minnesota was about $24,528. However, newer numbers show most couples are spending closer to $29,000. It really comes down to the size of your guest list, with a wedding of 100-150 guests costing an average of $31,000.

What is the average cost of weddings you plan?

We can work with a variety of budgets, but typically the weddings we plan have a budget starting at about $40,000. There are many factors that impact the cost of the wedding, including location, guest count, and what is important to each couple we're working with.

Who will be my lead planner?

As the owner, I take the lead on the majority of the weddings. I only take on a certain number of weddings to make sure that I can provide a high level of services to each of my couples.


However, if I am not available on your wedding date, I have additional certified wedding planners that I contract with to take the lead on those dates. You can be assured that the planners I work with are certified, professional, and are held to the same high standards that I hold myself. I will also be involved in the process leading up to your wedding, even if I can't be there on the wedding day. 

How much do your services cost?

It depends on what you are looking for, though our packages start at $1324. To get a better idea of cost, we always like to chat with our couples first and determine what sort of help they would like and then we send a customized proposal.

What is required to save my date and what forms of payment do you accept?

After our discovery call, a personalized proposal is created. Within the proposal are services to choose from, a contract and your invoice. This proposal, and your date hold, is good for one week.


To save the date, you must choose a service, sign the contract and pay the deposit (can vary between 25% to 50% depending on the service). All invoices can be paid with credit card or by direct deposit.


Can I change my services after signing the contract?

Once the contract is signed, you may not remove any services, but you may add on.
